KASTER Group processes your personal data by you making use of our services and providing data to us directly.

• Further personal data you actively provide by, for example, creating a profile on this application, or in correspondence or other forms of communication with us as a company.

Special and/or sensitive personal data processed by us

Our service does not have the intention to collect data of visitors with an age below 16. Unless they have permission from their parents or guardian. We are not able to verify whether a visitor is over the age of 16. We therefore advise parents to be involved in the online activities of their children, to prevent the collection of personal data without parental permission. KASTER Group processes your personal data for the following purposes:

Profile picture > As long as the user has added a profile picture to the account, the profile picture will be stored in our database. > To be able to make use of social features like sharing and adding friends. It is optional to add a profile picture to your account.

IP Address & Browser data > 2 weeks > Used for logs and cybersecurity (brute force protection)

Sharing personal data with third parties

KASTER Group does not sell your data to third parties and solely provides data if necessary to perform that of which we have an agreement with you, or to meet a legal duty. Those companies that process information for us agree to a process agreement to ensure that the same level of security and confidentiality with your data is reached. KASTER Group is still responsible for the processing of your data.

KASTER Group does not use any cookies, or similar techniques.

View, edit or remove data

You have the right to view, correct or remove personal data. Furthermore, you have the right to withdraw or object to your given permission of the processing of personal data, as well as the right of data portability. This means that you can file a request to send the personal data we have of you in a computer file to you or a different organization. You can file a request for viewing, correcting, deleting, data portability of your personal data or a request for withdrawal of your permission or objection to the processing of your personal data to info@kaster.group. To ensure that the request is sent by you, we ask you to add a copy of your identification to your request. In this copy, make sure that your identification photograph, MRZ (machine readable zone, the bar with numbers at the bottom of the passport), passport number and citizen service number are not visible. This to protect your privacy. We reply as fast as possible, but within four weeks to your request. Besides that, KASTER Group wants to point out that you have the possibility to file a complaint at the national supervisor, the authority of personal data.

KASTER Group does take the protection of your data seriously and takes appropriate measures to prevent the misuse, loss, unauthorized access, unwanted publication and unallowed modification of your data.
